Voodoo welcome bonus – How to claim it and maximise your play
What the Voodoo welcome bonus actually offers
The Voodoo welcome bonus is a two‑tiered package aimed at new members who sign up from the United Kingdom. First you receive a 100 % match on your initial deposit up to £200, followed by a 50 % reload on the second deposit up to £150. Both parts are credited as bonus cash, meaning you’ll need to meet wagering requirements before you can withdraw any winnings derived from them.
Beyond the cash match, Voodoo adds a handful of free spins on selected slot titles. Those spins are limited to 20 per player and come with a modest win cap of £10 per spin. The overall value of the package can exceed £350 if you deposit the maximum amounts and play the eligible games.
Eligibility and registration – getting started
To be eligible for the Voodoo welcome bonus you must be 18 years or older, hold a valid UK address and have a personal bank account that can be used for deposits. Registration is a single‑page form where you’ll be asked for your name, email, phone number and a password. After submitting the form, an email verification link is sent – you must click it within 24 hours or the account will be suspended.
During the sign‑up process, you will also be prompted to confirm that you are a UK resident and that you accept the terms and conditions. This is a legal requirement for the licence issued by the UK Gambling Commission, and it helps the casino keep its operations transparent.
How to claim the Voodoo welcome bonus step by step
Claiming the bonus is straightforward but you need to follow the order exactly, otherwise the promotion may be rejected. Here’s a quick checklist:
- Log in to your freshly created account.
- Navigate to the “Cashier” or “Deposit” page.
- Enter a deposit amount that meets the minimum (£10) and select a supported payment method.
- Enter the bonus code VOODOO100 in the promo field before confirming the transaction.
- Wait for the bonus credit to appear – it should be instant for most e‑wallets.
Repeat the same steps for the second‑deposit bonus, this time using the code VOODOO50. If you encounter any hiccup, the live‑chat support team is available 24/7 to help.
Wagering requirements and other terms you must know
The Voodoo welcome bonus comes with a 30× wagering requirement on the bonus amount, not the deposit. This means a £200 bonus must be wagered £6,000 before you can cash out any winnings. Free spin winnings are subject to a separate 40× requirement and a maximum cashout of £100.
There are also game‑type restrictions: only slots, roulette and blackjack count 100 % towards the wagering. Table games such as baccarat or live dealer titles contribute only 10 % each. If you play the wrong game mix, you’ll see the requirement tick up much slower.
Payment methods, deposits and withdrawal speed
Voodoo supports a range of UK‑friendly deposit options, from classic card payments to modern e‑wallets. Withdrawals are processed on a “next‑day” basis for most methods, although e‑wallets tend to be the fastest.
Below is a quick overview of the most popular methods and typical processing times:
| Method | Deposit Speed | Withdrawal Speed | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa / Mastercard | Instant | 2–3 business days | Standard fees apply |
| PayPal | Instant | Same day | Preferred for quick cash‑out |
| PaySafeCard | Instant | 3–5 business days | Pre‑paid, no bank account needed |
| Bank Transfer (Faster Payments) | Instant | 1–2 business days | Higher limits, verification may be required |
Remember that the casino will request KYC documents (photo ID, proof of address and a recent utility bill) before processing any withdrawal exceeding £1,000. This is a standard security measure and does not affect the speed of smaller payouts.
Mobile experience and app – playing on the go
Voodoo’s website is fully responsive, so you can access the welcome bonus and all casino games from any smartphone or tablet. For iOS and Android users there is also a native app that offers push‑notifications for bonus expiry reminders and exclusive mobile‑only promotions.
The app mirrors the desktop experience: deposit, claim the bonus and even contact support without needing to switch browsers. If you prefer not to download anything, the HTML5 version works smoothly in Chrome, Safari and Firefox on both desktop and mobile.
Customer support, verification and security
Support is available via live‑chat, email and a 24‑hour telephone line. The live‑chat widget pops up on every page and typically answers within 30 seconds. Email queries are answered within 12 hours, and the phone line is staffed by UK‑based agents who understand local gambling regulations.
Security-wise, Voodoo uses SSL encryption, two‑factor authentication for account log‑ins and complies with the UK Gambling Commission’s strict anti‑money‑laundering (AML) guidelines. The verification process is straightforward: upload a scanned ID and a recent utility bill, and the team will confirm your identity within one working day.
Responsible gambling and staying in control
All reputable UK casinos, including Voodoo, provide tools to help you gamble responsibly. You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, self‑exclude for a chosen period, or even close your account permanently if you feel it’s becoming a problem.
Voodoo also partners with GambleAware and offers a “Reality Check” pop‑up that reminds you of session length and total spend. If you ever need a confidential conversation, the support team can direct you to professional counselling services at no cost.
